About Dean:
Dean grew up in rural Michigan. He financed his own college education earning a Bachelor’s degree before moving to Colorado in 1995. Dean loves Colorado and all it has to offer. He wouldn’t live anywhere else.
Dean is one of only six metro area real estate agents allowed membership in the Colorado Housing Counseling Coalition (CHCC) which operates the Colorado Foreclosure Prevention Hotline. As a member he is held to the highest standard for professional and ethical conduct. For the past several years Dean has actively worked with housing counselors to help homeowners avoid foreclosure through short sales. As long as there’s even the slightest chance of avoiding foreclosure he’s worked tirelessly to make that a reality. On several occasions he’s been instrumental in obtaining refinancing allowing the homeowners to be able to keep their homes even though it meant no sale commission. Commissions have never been a factor in the amount of work he’s done for a homeowner. The client always comes first.
